Maximum flexibility and productivity to minimise part cost

Buffoli Transfer Spa, part of Buffoli Industries, is a global leader in multi-spindle, rotary transfer machines for precision machining of precision parts from non-rotating bar.

The TRANS-BAR TRB12 machines feature 12 workstations with up to 3 spindles per station, offering exceptional production capacityand flexibility.

These machines handle bar/wire diameters from 1 mm up to 120 mm and achieve fast cycle times, enabling unmanned operation with consistent precision.

TRANS-BAR machines offer a range of additional features, including a rotating table with up to 20 stations and the option for single or dual production machines for increased versatility and productivity. They operate at rotational speeds of up to 60,000 rpm and offer various workpiece clamping options.

The machines can also integrate quality control and palletization solutions, including washing and drying stations and small sample collection stations for quality control. Notably, they can work dry, reducing environmental impact and space requirements.

For enhanced flexibility, TRANS-BAR machines can be equipped with Multi-Process Modules (MPMs) for short operations with minimal tool change time. The Buffoli-Siemens 4.0 multi-processor CNC provides an intuitive interface and advanced features.

Buffoli Transfer Spa's TRANS-BAR machines excel in precision bar machining, delivering high-quality parts efficiently. The company offers tailored solutions to meet specific customer needs.
