Born in 2018 from the collaboration between Siemens, Buffoli Transfer, and other partner companies, MindSphere World aimed at expanding the ecosystem based on Siemens' open IoT operating system, thus contributing to ensuring business success in the era of Industry 4.0.
On September 14, 2023, the association announced a new strategic direction, officially renaming itself.
Thus, Digital Industries World was born, a community of digital pioneers aiming to shape the new digital industry globally, emphasizing the crucial role of technological innovation in the industrial world: a community no longer focused solely on a specific technology, such as IoT, but open to the entire digital world.
