Buffoli Industries is a group of companies that specializes in providing comprehensive turnkey solutions, ranging from prototyping to high volume production. Our principal and historic expertise lies in the development and implementation of full turnkey plants, with a particular focus on CNC rotary transfer machines.
Notably, our Trans-Bar machines lead the market in the bar machine segment.

With a history dating back to 1952, our group has evolved from an engineering company into a global player in the advanced manufacturing and automation industry. Today, our group consists of several companies with a combined workforce of 180 employees spread across Europe, the Americas and Asia.

• At the forefront of our group is Buffoli Transfer Spa, headquartered in Brescia, Italy. We specialize in the design, manufacturing, and installation of high-performance, high-precision rotary and linear transfer machines, flexible manufacturing systems, and multi-spindle turning machines. Our machines are capable of handling various materials, including bars, coils, castings, and forgings. We take pride in delivering turnkey solutions to prominent clients worldwide.

• To complement our comprehensive services, we have Buffoli Meccanismi Srl and InterMach Service Srl. Based in Brescia and Vicenza, Italy, respectively, these companies offer a wide range of services, including machine tool servicing, programmed maintenance programs, machine rebuilding and retrofitting, machine interconnectivity, as well as the production of bar loaders, part palletizing systems, and machine tool accessories.

• Advanced Robotics Srl specializes in the design and installation of turnkey robotized automation and vision systems for various applications, utilizing Artificial Intelligence for quality detection. Our customized solutions are aimed at enhancing quality, productivity, and efficiency.

• Electro Engineering Srl and Buffoli Automazioni Sas are dedicated to designing and producing Numerical Controls (NC) and HMI systems, specifically for Siemens/Fanuc controls. We also excel in the production of electric cabinets, programming consoles, and applications for Industry 4.0.

• Our expert teams at 3D Evolve Srl, Weaream Srl, and 3D Etplus Sàrl (Switzerland) specialize in providing turnkey 3D professional printing systems and 3D scanners. Additionally, we offer consultancy and services for the development of additive manufacturing processes using 3D technology, both in plastic and metal.

• Cloudbits Srl specializes in augmented and virtual reality solutions, with a focus on the B2B and industrial sectors. As a Microsoft partner, we deliver cutting-edge solutions and full-stack web services.

We are proud to partner with Beocom Srl / Twins, a company specializing in designing and manufacturing assembly, filling, and testing machines.

Our foreign subsidiaries and joint ventures in North America, Germany, Switzerland, Northern Europe, China, Japan, India and Vietnam, provide crucial support to our internal Sales Team and Runoff and Service Department, ensuring that our customers receive first-class support throughout the entire lifespan of their equipment.

Sales engineers in key markets maintain daily communication with our sales managers and project engineers in Italy, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient project management.

Our foreign application engineers work closely with our Italian personnel. They travel to Italy to prepare the machines for the runoff and execute the equipment acceptance process. After the machines are shipped, they oversee the installation and conduct duplicate runoffs at the customer's site.

They also provide comprehensive customer training in multiple languages, including German, Swedish, English, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, or Hindi. Our team continues to support customers during the warranty period, providing ongoing service and machine maintenance.

All our engineers and partners are extensively trained to assist customers with various needs, including machining cycles, part programs, and tooling integration for new parts. In markets where we don't have a physical presence, we rely on local agents to provide support and assistance. Even during the challenging times of the Covid-19 pandemic, we successfully installed and serviced our machines through the dedicated efforts of our local engineers.
