Advanced Robotics was born as development of the Automation and Robotics department of the Buffoli Industries group, integrating partners, managers and professionals with strong experience in the field of robotics.

OBJECTIVITY AND REPEATABILITY TO ENSURE THE QUALITY OF PRODUCTION PROCESSES

Our unique quality control cell uses Artificial Intelligence to certify products in an objective and repeatable way, ensuring the quality of the finished product, reducing waste and optimizing production. This cutting-edge quality control system is highly flexible and is used to detect and classify a wide range of defects, from the most common to the rarest and most difficult to detect.

THANKS TO THE LEARNING CAPACITY OF THE SYSTEM, THE ALGORITHM IS CAPABLE OF AUTOTRAIN ITSELF BY ANALYSING NON-COMPLIANT SAMPLES. THE TRAINING DATASET GROWS ALONG WITH THE NUMBER OF PIECES INSPECTED.

The control system tailored to the part, i.e. the optical set-up, the vision software, and the robot program, is developed starting from the analysis of the defective samples. From our expertise and field experience, we create customized solutions that meet every need, guaranteeing maximum efficiency and reliability.
