Buffoli Transfer becomes the second largest Italian manufacturer of transfer machines
According to the latest CRIBIS Executive report (October 2025), Buffoli Transfer S.p.A. confirms its position among the most solid and reliable Italian companies in the metalworking machinery sector.
In 2024, Buffoli Transfer became the second largest Italian manufacturer of transfer machines, consolidating its role as one of the world leaders in this field.
The report assigns Buffoli a CRIBIS Failure Score of 58/100, significantly higher than the industry average of 37/100, with a moderate risk class, and a maximum Delinquency Score (100/100) indicating a minimal probability of payment delays.
The company’s 2024 turnover, amounting to €35.7 million, shows a +2.1% increase, with EBIT up by 47% and EBITDA up by 24%, confirming a steady improvement in profitability.
Shareholders’ equity exceeds €7.1 million (+10%), while bank debt is decreasing thanks to an improving net financial position, despite the high value of work in progress, covering more than twelve months of production.
It is important to underline that the data reported by CRIBIS refer exclusively to Buffoli Transfer S.p.A. and do not include the revenues or real estate assets of the other companies within the Buffoli Industries Group.
Since no consolidated financial statement is drawn up, the figures also exclude the fully owned subsidiaries (Electro Engineering, InterMach Service, Buffoli North America, Buffoli Shanghai) as well as Buffoli Automazioni, owner of part of the buildings and proprietary know-how.
Overall, the Buffoli Industries Group now exceeds €40 million in annual turnover and employs over 150 people across its Italian sites (Brescia – headquarters and BlueTechHub, Mazzano, Minerbe and Vicenza) and international branches (United States, Germany, China, India and Vietnam).
These results confirm the financial solidity, industrial reliability, and continuity of growth of the Group, which continues to invest in innovation, automation, artificial intelligence, and advanced training through the BlueTechHub and BlueTechAcademy.
