In the
BUFFOLI TECHNOLOGY TOUR we will show an innovative
4-independent spindles Patented Module with tool change in less than a second chip-to-chip (2 sec chip-to-chip at 12000 rpm).
We will present also our new
TRANS-N-CENTER ULTRA-52, flexible machine with
52 qty. 3-axis spindles (totally 167 axes).
For purposes of flexibility, we will also present some solutions for
tool change from magazine since many years used to realize both multi-center machines with supported and horizontal spindles and
multi-center machines with suspended table and vertical spindles as well as flexible turning machines. These machines can manufacture complex parts up to 600mm cube or highly precise shafts up to 800mm in length.
For longer shafts the Buffoli production program includes also
linear transfer machines fed by bars.
We will exhibit a series of CNC rotating jaws, also in continuous. And a continuous rotating chuck driven by
torque motors.
A section of the booth will concern the units, from the standard ones with the Buffoli features of precision and centering to the motor spindles and the Heavy Duty operating units.
In the tour will be also presented the
compact module MPM (Multi-Process Module) with 3 spindles and 3-axis tool change in only 0.4 seconds chip-to-chip. It is based on a patented rotating hydrostatic sleeve which allows to realize a module with 3 axes X, Y, Z exceptionally compact. It allows to make in a single unit up to three short operations, without affecting the total cycle time.
So far we have mainly spoken of flexibility and reduced cycle times, but among the subjects discussed in the Technology Tour there will be especially the
precision that better characterize the Buffoli machines, together with the great experience in the production of
precision machines for automotive sector and of turn-key
machines from bars for the machining of complex parts.
The Buffoli machines produce automotive parts of high precision - such as engine components, transmission, suspension, steering, brake systems, hinges, pumps, filters ... - but also precision valves, pneumatic and hydraulic components, components for locks ... and a variety of turned parts, from the simplest that require extreme productivity and efficiency to the most complex, that require precision and flexibility.
